DELIVERY
What shipping methods are available?
We send all card orders using Royal Mail 1st class service & all stationery orders via DPD tracked delivery.
What is the dispatch time of my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders 1-2 days after receiving your order. During peak periods there may be a slight delay.
Where do you deliver?
We currently only ship to the UK. If you are outside of the UK and would like to purchase our cards, please contact us and we can quote on delivery.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
1 Card – 99P
2-3 Cards - £1.49
4+ Cards – Free Postage
Free delivery on all card bundles, stationery & notecards.
My order hasn’t arrived
Please allow 5 working days for Royal mail & 3 working days for DPD to deliver your order. In the event that your order has not arrived after 5 days please contact us.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% happy with your online purchase, you can return it us, within 30 days of receipt. Any cards being returned must be sent in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Please email admin@foxandbutler.com stating your order number, full name, delivery address, item being returned and reason for return. A member of our team will then advise you on next steps. Please note that postage fees are non-refundable.

How many cards do I have to buy?There is no minimum order – you can buy a single card if you wish.
How do I become a stockist of your cards?If you would like to stock Fox & Butler, please visit www.pigmentproductions.com for our trade website.
